Sexual assault is a serious criminal offense. You need an attorney right away. Do not talk to the police without an attorney present. For the time being, make sure that you are alone with anyone at work, ever. Also, you will want to see if your attorney can subpoena video tapes from the store for the dates you are accused of the sexual assault.

I do not know enough about the facts of your case, since you tell me nothing. The facts of your case may also well determine the costs of your case. Also, a lot depends upon what your attorney elects to charge you. Is it at the attorney's hourly rate or is the case contingent fee based. Litigation is VERY expensive and should only be used as a last resort.
