Can cops ban us from the store if we have been falsely accused?

I very seriously doubt the police had the right to ban you from the store. On the other hand the owner of the store does not need to deal with you and can ask you to leave. If I were you I would not be returning to the store where you were falsely accused.

You probably would not do any jail time but need to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney in your area.

Can you give me an example of a case where there was a quick trial by an impartial jury? (As is in the constitution)

It is never that easy. All juries are supposed to be impartial. There are no quick jury trials. It takes at least a half day to select the jurors. A quick trial could take place when no witnesses show up for the state, and the defense moves for judgment of acquittal.
