Do I have rights if I was pulled over?

So, in Texas IF you are pulled over and the officer asks for ID, you can demand that the officer tell you why he stopped you BEFORE you supply the ID. IF his reason is incorrect, do you still get to refuse to give him the ID? Do you get to just pull off and leaving him there holding his private parts. Are you for real? When the blue lights come on, you stop. When the officer asks for ID, you provide it. IF there is any disagreement about the citation, then you fight it in court. That is the way it works in all 50 states.
