Could the company I used to work with send me to court after stealing $200 and could it be avoided?

You cant avoid it. It will either happen or not. Don't make any more admissions or talk to anyone but your own attorney if you get charged.

While on parole, I got busted with a little heroin and my parole doesn’t want to send me back yet what happens now?

A parolee heroin addict. The parole hearing officer will listen to what you and your parole officer have to say about: (1) your new offenses, possession of "a little bit, a tiny bit" of heroin; and (2) your new offenses of driving on a suspended license. The fact that you have resumed, or started a heroin addiction since being released from prison will not bide well for you.

How to clear up old FTA warrants issued in FL when living out of state

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Charles D. Scott (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Law Offices of Charles D. Scott PLLC
A lawyer cannot clear a warrant unless his client is present.  The warrant is going to remain outstanding until either you turn yourself in to the jail, or you appear with your lawyer before a judge and ask for a reasonable bond. You can make arrangements with a bondsman in advance so that you can do a walk through at the jail, meaning you turn your self in on the warrant, and the bonds man posts bond the same day, and you walk in and walk out  (this takes several hours, not really as fast as it may sound). If you choose to turn yourself in court with a lawyer, the judge could lower your bond or allow ROR depending on the severity of the charges. With an FTA on several charges, I would not expect a judge to grant ROR and your best bet may be to turn your self in to the jail with a pre arranged bondsman.
