A federal sentence cannot run concurrent to a sentence that has already been completed, because there is nothing to run concurrent to. However, IF the state sentence has already started, but not yet completed, then the federal sentence can run concurrent.

Youll be able to get it back once youve complied with all court orders and rules. You can ask the judge for that when you go to court to clear the warrants and charges. If serious about hiring counsel to help you in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
