How much time can you serve in jail for forgery if this is your first time in trouble with the law?

He needs a good lawyer. It depends on what was forged, and the amount of loss, if any. It is a felony.

How can I handle my felony case?

Answered by attorney Andrea Rogers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at The Rogers Law Firm
If you are on probation for any reason and then you commit a misdemeanor or a felony, that will be considered a violation of your probation. If you are saying that the charges are incorrect, or that the paperwork shows that you were originally on probation for a felony when you weren't, you need to contact the court or hire an attorney to take care of it for you.

Can I get the arrest expunged from my record without an attorney?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
It is doubtful you can do this successfully yourself, if it can be done at all. Arrest records are totally different than convictions.
