If I never received my subpoena therefore missed court, will I get a bench warrant?

Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
It doesn't sound like you are the one being charged. If you are the defendant, then yes, a warrant will issue. From the sounds of your question, I assume that you are a witness. If you are critical to the case against your abusive boyfriend, then the prosecutor could request a material witness warrant to compel you to come to court and testify.

I’m in El Paso jail for criminal trespass since Jan 19 and supposedly my fine is $5000 how long do I have in jail?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Until you resolve your case. Chances are you have already served all the time. Can't a court appointed attorney just plead you to time served. Or hire an attorney to get you out. Maybe you have an immigration hold or something.

What does it mean to get a set aside?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
There is a Motion to Set Aside Judgment, but that would not pertain to your expunction. There are a lot of attorneys that do not know expunction law. If your case was dismissed then you are eligible for an expunction. Please feel free to call me. I can do these all over the State of Texas.
