This firm was the worst decision I ever made. My divorce case was mediated after countless phone calls and emails trying to get ahold of Mr.Biggs. It was drug out and even after a signed mediation I was written off and it took me calling and emailing every single day to get any updates or responses to my case. If you like paying money to get ignored and written off then this is the firm for you. I would stay as far away from this place as possible.
Horrible Attorney!!! I came to have an consolation with Mr. Girsky. He promised to take my case serious and said he'd love to represent me but that was a HUGE MISTAKE! He first demanded $3500 upfront to even start the case and then once I paid him the next day is when I learned who he truly was. He was horrible with communication. Right after paying him he then literally asked what was the least he could do with my case when that isn't at all what he said prior to hire. I was on a time sensitive case with about 8 months to resolve it and other attorneys in which I wish I went with instead said they could resolve. Once he got paid he didn't care at all how the case went. He charged me numerous hours at $250/hr to review the case and then once in front of the Judge didn't know my kids names, the situation or anything relevant. So to charge numerous hours you should memorize that stuff but its all to justify taking all your money. Then demanded more money when I told him he was subpar!!!
Steve girsky is a thief!!! He took our money and left us holding the bag!! Do not trust him! If anyone should understand jurisdiction it would be an attourney like steve girsky a lawyer with his experience located on/near/same county as a military base!!! Do not trust thid guy!!!
Do not go here. Steve Girsky is a licensed crook. We had a contract to pay him $3000.00 to go to court and help me get full custody of my daughter. We shook hands, signed a contract, and gave them all of the evidence anyone would need. After he was paid in full, way before our court date, he started saying I dont think you can win, and then never went to court for us. Steve Girsky just kept our hard earned $3000.00 and said, I'm done. Go get another lawyer.
