Hired Attorney

After receiving a speeding citation in Hendersonville, NC, I received several unsolicited letters from attorneys offering to represent me so that I did not have to appear in court. I chose iTicket, the Hatley Law Firm and my attorney was Mr. Craig. I was told that he would represent me in court and probably reduce the violation to a lesser charge resulting in no points on my insurance. I had a clean drivers record which I'm sure helped. Attorney Craig followed through, appeared on my court date and succeeded in getting it reduced. I paid a nominal fee to the firm and a reasonable amount in court costs. I am very happy with the results and glad that I received the letter from them and decided to use their services. Throughout the process, I received many updates and reminders so that nothing would fall through the cracks. I did not have the stress of having to appear in court and highly recommend their firm.
