Mr. Bergman is an experienced trial attorney whose practice is dedicated to fighting in litigation for the underdog, as a sword and shield for his clients, whether it's in personal injury, auto accidents, slip and fall - premise liability, workers compensation, dog attacks and consumer protection to just to name a few. Mr. Bergman learned his trial skills as a prosecutor. Then to decide to prosecute insurance companies in private practice, Mr. Bergman established his own Firm in 2000 in the DMV and 26 years later, Mr. Bergman has now completed almost "4000" client matters as a solo Attorney revolving around personal injury case law for injury victims' rights against the hard ball, name brand insurance companies who give absolutely no mercy to the victims out there who are injured and inexperienced to deal with companies who have the State and Federal laws that are stacked in their favor. Mr. Bergman equalizes the playing field for his clients against these unfair insurance companies. Today, it is worse than ever for the victims with most insurance companies using "AI" has the allocator of funds in many situation and that is not a good thing.
While Mr. Bergman practices majority in the DMV, he also practices in many other states with 29 Federal and State Bar Licenses. Mr. Bergman has also developed a handpicked nationwide network of other independent Law Firms to assist his Firm with cases that may need joint legal assistance in other venues outside the DMV metro area. Mr. Bergman also practices law for business clients in the legal arena of business-to-business contracts law for his commercial clients. Mr. Bergman earned his JD law degree in 1994 from The John Marshall Law School, pursued his MBA in the years of 1991-1992 from the New York Institute of Technology and received his BA degree in 1990 from Florida Atlantic University and studied at the University of Denver from 1987-1989. During his scholastic career, Mr. Bergman also studied abroad and/or held internships for many semesters at Goteborg University in Sweden, the University of London in England and the HSI Program in Hod HaSharon, Israel just outside Tel Aviv. Mr. Bergman has traveled the world extensively giving Mr. Bergman a better understanding of world humanities and his clients who come to his Firm from all over the globe.
Mr. Bergman has lectured in various media stories and scholastic lectures. Mr. Bergman has appeared numerous times on local television and radio news broadcasts in the DMV.
