Does it cost anything to the courts to request from the trustee to sell an asset?

Question: Does it cost anything to the courts to request from the trustee to sell an asset? Question Detail: We need to sell an asset to buy another one (trade vehicles) but need permission from the trustee. Our lawyer said it would be $600 to do this. I want to know if that is my lawyer's fee or the courts fee.* - my assumption is that that is the lawyer's fee; that is reasonable given the additional work involved; I'm not aware of any additional court fee other than a motion fee or some other nominal administrative fee*

Yes, by modifying your loan you re-obligate yourself to pay. However, most banks will not modify if you have not reaffirmed.
