Send them one more letter telling them of your bankruptcy with copies of your bankruptcy papers listing them as a creditor and the discharge. Tell them if they do not stop harassing you or you will reopen your case and file a motion to have them held in contempt for violating the stay injunction of the Bankruptcy Code and that you will ask that they sanctioned and that you be awarded all costs and attorney fees.

You would need a lawyer to file the papers unless, you go to the law library and you prepare the papers properly. I am not sure why you want to refuse the inheritance. If you are going to refile, the trustee will have questions about why you gave away the money. They could even try to recover that money for the creditors.

Assuming that you did not reaffirm this debt (and you should know if you did because you are required to sign a reaffirmation agreement) and that you received a discharge in your bankruptcy, your personal liability for this debt is gone. However, you still have an ownership interest in the mobile home. If the mobile home has a title like a vehicle, then you will be on title when the mobile home is paid off (along with your ex). If the title has been eliminated (because the mobile home is affixed to land that you also have an ownership interest in) then your name is on the deed to the property. In either case, you cannot be held personally liable for the debt, which means that if your ex stops paying and the bank moves to repossess or foreclose, they cannot come after you for payment on the debt. If you wish to eliminate your ownership interest, you should meet with an attorney to discuss the proper procedure.
