I have a bankruptcy on my credit and I never filed the year on my record in 2008 and I would have been 15 or 16 what should I do?

Please re-write your question. It is very confusing. If you did not actually file a bankruptcy, report the mistake to the credit bureau.

If my Ch 13 gets dismissed can I immediately file another Ch 13?

Answered by attorney Marjorie A. Guymon
Bankruptcy lawyer at Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C.
I suggest that you first consult with another attorney and try to save your 13 or convert to a 7 while still in a 13. By dismissing your 13 you risk losing your protection afforded you in your subsequent bk.

Will I still be able to rent after bankruptcy?

Yes. If the landlord will check your credit, there may be some restrictions. But start building your credit after your bankruptcy and you should be on your way back to normal.
