You can list any credit cards and medical bills in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. The court filing fee is $306 in Missouri and you have to pay for pre-filing and post-filing debtor education and financial management courses, anywhere from $25 to $75.

It is up to you. Since there is no interest from the trustee as there is no equity in the car, you can simply keep making your payments and keep the car. You may have to reaffirm the debt. Consider though, if you are unhappy with the car, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy gives you the opportunity to walk away from the debt. You can only file every eight years.

Most likely your case will be dismissed, but it really depends on the trustee. No you will not be arrested. It is important to obtain the help of a competent chapter 13 attorney. Please understand that a chapter 13 bankruptcy is a very complicated process. It is wise to talk to an experienced bankruptcy attorney before deciding to take this important step.
