What can I do if I have money schedule to come out of my account Friday and we filed a chapter 7 and we have a case number?

You do want to stop the payday loan disbursements. Provide the payday loan company the case number with written instructions to stop the taking from the account. Be sure to list the payday loans in the bankruptcy.

If I file bankruptcy in 2010 and they want to undo now, what are the consequences knowing all my mortgages have been satisfied?

I'm not sure what you mean by "undo". Would need more information as well about the type of bankruptcy you filed. I'm guessing maybe you filed a chapter 13 and it is now being dismissed for lack of payments, but I'm not sure. If that is the case then the question is whether you were behind on your mortgage when you filed your bankruptcy and if there was whether the arrearages have been cured through the Plan.

Where do I file for bankruptcy?

The better question is why would you want to file bankruptcy. You have been misinformed about what bankruptcy is and what it does. Bankruptcy will not eliminate your obligation to pay ongoing living expenses, or taxes on real estate. And for you to ask where a bankruptcy is filed tells me you are not able to put together the complex paperwork that bankruptcy requires. Frankly, you are not going to be helped by bankruptcy, nor do you need bankruptcy. Look for advice on asset protection instead.
