Poor communication, poor follow-through, not prepared, late for depositions, etc. Withdrew from our case four days before court hearing because we would not sign settlement agreement without understanding legalese of document. He told us either we sign or he will withdraw. We refused to sign, he withdrew, but the judge forced him to finish the case.
