I have been working with Mr. Hay for almost a decade in regards to a very complicate bankruptcy. He has been nothing short of amazing! His depth of knowledge in the field is quite comforting. He is wonderful at listening to your situation and working out a path to resolution that is in your best interest. I hope I never have to see him again (laugh!) but if the need arises I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Seems very knowledgeable about what he's doing and tries to work with the client. Not very personable. All business. Seems to not like alot of questions or to repeat himself if not understood. Seems to think you should know what he is talking about without explaining.
