Hired Attorney

I contacted William C. B. Taylor / Taylor Law Group after receiving a referral for help with a serious SNAP/FNS administrative disqualification matter. Instead of receiving respectful guidance, I was told that I “didn’t sound like I needed SNAP benefits” because I “sounded educated.” I was also told that instead of paying $100 for a lawyer, I “should go make an income.” He also said his minimum was $800, even for five minutes of work, and made a comment I understood as implying I did not need his help because I am a white female. A law firm can decline a case without speaking to someone that way. My case involves an administrative hearing record, a disputed Intentional Program Violation finding, disqualification consequences, and possible repayment issues. It is a legal issue, not a question of whether I “sound” poor enough. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm.

Hired Attorney

I had a simple eviction case. The people who live in my home have no lease or rental agreement. I simply wanted them to leave so I could live in my home. I paid them in June they didn’t send out a notice to vacate until the middle of July. Then come to find out the paperwork was done wrong. We went in front of a judge and not once did my lawyer present the deed to my home. So months and months of wasted time and money. And I’m still not living in my home. Don’t waste your time or money. Plus you call and text and have to beg for a response
